Our 27 rooms are spread across two wings of the property, each one tastefully furnished with classic-meets-contemporary décor that blends the Victoria Falls’ colonial heritage with African warmth. All rooms are air-conditioned, en-suite, and open onto private patios with views of the gardens or pool. For families or friends travelling together, a selection of interleading rooms ensures added ease and connection. While all our rooms are strictly non-smoking, designated smoking areas are available throughout the lodge grounds for guest convenience.

The Flame Lily Wing is tucked off to one side of the property, offering five elegant pool-view rooms, a dedicated swimming pool, shaded seating areas, and a private dining space. It’s well suited to small groups or travellers seeking a more intimate experience while still enjoying all the amenities of the main lodge.

At the centre of Batonka is a welcoming main area with both indoor and alfresco dining, a cosy guest lounge, and a sunny verandah that overlooks the gardens and main swimming pool — an inviting space to unwind after a day out. The main lodge area is strictly non-smoking; however, designated smoking areas are available for guest use.
