Our reception is open daily from 6 AM to 10 PM, with an after-hours extension available for emergencies. Our friendly staff are always ready to assist you in any way possible. Each team member possesses extensive local knowledge to help you decide on activities and plan your itinerary. They have personally experienced the various activities and can offer advice based on these firsthand experiences.

Adjacent to our reception is a charming curio shop offering a variety of Zimbabwean curios, souvenirs, and mementos to remind you of your magical time in Victoria Falls.
