Our reception runs from 6am to 10pm daily and there is an afterhours extension that is available to guests in case of emergency.Our friendly staff are there to help in any way possible. All members of our team are equipped with a vast amount of local knowledge to help you decided on activities and itinerary planning. Our team have experienced the individual activities’ for themselves and offer advice based on these experiences.

Next to our reception we have a small curio shop which has a variety of Zimbabwean curios, souvenirs and memento’s to remind you of your magical time in Victoria Falls
